• Dr. Julian Burroughs
  Dr. Burroughs started at WFDD as a student. He eventually became faculty advisor to the station.

• October 25, 2003 Reunion
  More than 30 WFDD alumns and friends attended a reunion at WFU. We started with a tour of the WAKE radio studios. There was a panel discussion in the afternoon featuring WFDD alumns in the news and broadcasting industry. A dinner was served at the Anthropology Museum. Station Engineer Lewis "Tink" Kanoy was presented with a plaque.
